Wednesday and Friday .

Friday ; 1330
Last Monday's training , did ball work .
Tuesday , physical .
Wednesday - Friday ; Level camp .
Saturday , ball work . Warm up drill change style alr .
And I personally think its less tiring .
Even though we have to go a further distance .
Next training is on Tuesday 1530 at Basketball Court ,
I bet all of you guys are dead tired . Well , I am .
